Student Internship Program in Procurement Team

(Placed in: Kraków)

You will  support Procurement Operations Team in Cracow and help to deliver on the agreed targets around Safety, Service, Sharing, Simplifications, Savings. Opportunity shall be given for the individual to gain experience as part of a procurement team focused on Purchasing of Finished Goods, Equipment and Spare Parts, Indirect Materials and managing SAP Master Data.

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

• You are at Master or Bachelor studies ( International Relations, Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, Production Planning will be additional plus)
• You have a theoretical understanding of general business practices
• You are familiar with MS Office applications
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (GERMAN language will be an asset)
• You have strong communication skills and you are good team player
• You are committed, energetic person, who is outgoing, flexible and a quick learner

Main Responsibilities:

• Support on procurement operational activities
• Providing customer and administrative services to the procurement team by proactively maintaining data, creating reports, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders to improve procurement and vendor performance
•  Active participation in team projects and process improvements
• Running and supporting on data related projects including data cleansing and process improvements
• Act as coordinator for overall & general communications provided for suppliers
