HR Generalist (German Speaker)

 You will:

• Handle incoming queries and provide solutions to the employees and managers' requests in cooperation with the HR Services team
• Proactively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases
• Prepare all necessary documentation as per process requirements
• Run and provide standard SAP reports for the customers
• Perform audits of SAP data input done by HR Services group
• Participate in the translation and review process of the Company's HR policies and procedures
• Data maintenance – personal data of employees

You have:

• University degree
• Experience in HR area or customer service is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
• Very good working knowledge of English
• Computer skills, including MS Office
• Interest in HR area and an openness for development
• Very strong communication skills
• Ability to plan the work properly and prioritize your tasks
